Found out through reverse look up that the Company name is: Global Crossing, a business newwork company, why would they be calling me??? If this is a Debt Collector, they are using someone else phone number.

they called and at first it was a recording then they sent us to a live person to set up an appointment for a grant based eneryg saving program. they asked a few questions about the light bill and then said they would come out the next day to show us how to cinserve energy and save thousands of dollars and we would be eligilbe for a grant program iseed by peresident obama. they never showed up for the appt.

Calling 3 or more times a day. Letting it ring 3 times and no message

calls repeatedly and only leaves a 1 second message. Unable to determine caller and I have to use my minutes to check my voicemail every time they call.

keeps calling me each day, somtimes i answer somtimes i dont, fairly sure its optus trying to sell me stuff, or a call centre working on behalf of optus.

Received call at approximately 12:30pm from 620.798.6464 & caller did not leave message.

I don't know who this phone belong to but it sky rocket my T mobile cell phone bill I don't even know anybody in Africa and I have never been there.
